1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at wogavie.com by consumers (§ 1 Austrian Consumer Protection Act – KSchG).

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT (value-added tax).
Shipping within Austria is free of charge.
Shipping fees for international orders are clearly shown during the checkout process.

4. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery within Austria generally takes 2–5 business days.

5. Payment
Payment options include credit card, PayPal, Sofort (instant bank transfer), and Klarna. We reserve the right to exclude specific payment methods on a case-by-case basis.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Liability
Austrian statutory warranty provisions apply. Claims for damages are excluded unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
